Spacious relaxing home

We loved our stay at this property - views amazing and house very easy to live in for 6 days Positive: We loved the location and the views and once we sorted the bus navigating the hill was easy. Perfect distance out of Queenstown. Negative: The traffic noise

Positive: Property was nice and close to town. Beautiful views. However the doors to the bathroom didn't open properly and the flooring was worn. The showers smelt of sewage and the corridor area smelt of cat urine. The doors onto the deck would only open on one side and you could hear every noise and car that went past throughout the night while trying to sleep. The pillows were comfortable and the hosts were very prompt in communication and catering to an earlier check in.

Beautiful views and close to the centre of Queenstown Negative: Second bedroom very close to the road consider a privacy blind as people looked straight in?

All in all a lovely stay. For $500 a night property probably due for an update. There were a couple of maintenance issue Positive: Location to Queenstown. Views to die for. Great property for two couples (or a family). Two bathrooms and downstairs living provides great separation. Negative: Traffic noise. Very busy road and property is right on it halfway up the hill. Buses grinding up the steep hill at all hrs of the night. No security screens or even fly screens. Doesn’t seem to be an NZ thing! 2 huge picturesque windows downstairs but being able to open them for airflow would be great. They are fixed for viewing only. Sun beats in of a morn.
