Fantastic property

Top location
Positive: The location was fantastic as it's an easy walk into town, and so quiet at night. The place was nice and clean, the laundry facilities were handy to have and the little courtyard area was nice.
Negative: Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, couch and cushions had a musty smell, heater kept turning on overnight (with unnecessary preset temp settings) and it made a noisy rattly sound. The lack of toilet roll holder wasn't ideal, and the towel rack being so close to the toilet was awkward. The bathroom exhaust fan struggled with a short warm shower. For the price we paid, we got the bare basics compared to if we were in a serviced hotel. Nice location, but cost a lot for what it was.
