Comfortable stay in Queenstown Positive: Stay Summary: Comfortable, clean stay in a good location for snow sports🏂 at Coronet Peak or Remarkables & Fergburger 🍔. Pros: ✅ Clean and well maintained. (Photos matched reality). ✅ Easy self check-in. ✅ 15min walk to down town. ✅ Comfortable bed (on the soft end) and reliable Wi-Fi. ✅ Kitchen capable of making full meals. Best For: Couples or solo travellers. Would I Stay Again? Maybe. Final Thoughts: Decent stay, would recommend hiring a car for easier navigation or groceries. Negative: Things to Note: ⚠️ Soundproofing was minimal we could hear neighbours quite easily. ⚠️ Minimal sunlight through windows, but backyard was adequate. ⚠️ Tissues and paper towels would have been nice to have 🤧.

Great accessible location, great communication, perfect for our 4 night stay. Would stay again! Positive: Location was so good, the property was clean and had everything we needed Negative: The pillows could have been a touch flatter. No real complaints!

Fantastic property Positive: Everything

Top location Positive: The location was fantastic as it's an easy walk into town, and so quiet at night. The place was nice and clean, the laundry facilities were handy to have and the little courtyard area was nice. Negative: Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, couch and cushions had a musty smell, heater kept turning on overnight (with unnecessary preset temp settings) and it made a noisy rattly sound. The lack of toilet roll holder wasn't ideal, and the towel rack being so close to the toilet was awkward. The bathroom exhaust fan struggled with a short warm shower. For the price we paid, we got the bare basics compared to if we were in a serviced hotel. Nice location, but cost a lot for what it was.
